- It is best to come to the clinic after having made an appointment
- Walk-in patients are also seen but the patients that have made an appointment are given priority if both (walk-in and appt patient) come at the same time
- We try to keep to our appointment time but there are occasions where there may be delay because of
(a) doctor having an emergency to attend to
(b) some new case with appointment taking longer than expected to treat eg too much wax in the ear, nose bleed, biopsy need to be done on the spot, uncooperative child requiring more time being coaxed to allow examination etc
c) patient with appointment themselves being late due to unforeseen circumstances – they will then have to wait for a new turn but we have to ultimately attend to them in between other patients. Please note that it is never our wish to keep anyone waiting especially so if we have given them a specific time to come but as you can see there are many factors which result in us at times being unable to stick to the exact time of appointment.
